    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><div><div><p class=\"msonormal\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">Reporting to the Project Manager, the Structures Lead is responsible for overseeing, directing and orienting Structures Technicians to execute their work in accordance to task requirements and in line with the Company Repair Station procedures and requirements, ensuring compliance to FAA/EASA regulations and in line with OEM MPDs, and in so doing delivering efficient high quality work with safety being their&nbsp;</span><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;\">uncompromising</span><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\">&nbsp;priority.</span></p><ul style=\"padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 0px; list-style-type: disc; list-style-position: inside;\"><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\"><span>&nbsp;</span>Ensure the highest quality service, safety standards and performance, with the objective of exceeding customer satisfaction in the re-delivery of airworthy, reliable and clean aircraft, in a timely manner.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Ensure that the issued Task Card is properly scanned together with the technician&rsquo;s information before beginning the assigned task(s) for time-keeping purposes.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Direct and supervise assigned structures personnel, guiding and advising technical activity in accordance with the Task Card/MPD, Repair Station Manual, FAA regulations also ensuring the assigned maintenance task card is performed in accordance with the customers approved maintenance program, approved or acceptable data.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Provide leadership and direction, coach and mentor structures personnel to consistently deliver excellence in their job execution as individuals and team players, ensuring high quality and efficient workmanship for on-time re-delivery of aircraft.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Secure commitment and accountability at all levels in execution of both work and accurate supporting documentation.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Ensure work schedule is in line with established project plan for each aircraft to be serviced in accordance with the work scope and respective timeline.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Schedule work shift personnel necessary to accomplish the assigned work scope in line with Project Manager&rsquo;s plan.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Assist Project Manager in elaborating detailed Shift turnover instructions and Work Interruption logs.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Supervise and monitor Man Hour utilization in collaboration with Production Planning and Control. Make sure that all labor and materials used are allocated to the proper work order and item number.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Supervise and undertake maintenance, repair and modifications on airframe components and assemblies for aircrafts included on Commercial Jet&rsquo;s ops specs.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Supervise and perform layout work, measuring, bending, and forming sheet metal in preparation for assembly.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Oversee the fabrication of sheet metal from raw stock by cutting down, drilling to prepare for installation.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Work closely with Inspectors in order to prevent time wastage due to unnecessary delays, interruptions and duplicate work.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Report to Project Manager any parts requirements and always carry out Purchase Order requests and Parts Consumption in accordance with Company procedures and documentation requirements including sign-offs.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Support the Project Manager in making sure that all Maintenance Personnel are qualified to accomplish the duties assigned to them. Report any tool issues to stores and ensure the correct tag is attached and properly completed.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Verify that tool required by structure personnel are available and if not to work with Stores to provision them prior to commencing the tasks.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Accurately and legibly, record the maintenance or alteration on the proper repair station and/or customer supplied forms including their signature or initials and employee number.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Report any difficulties, uncertainties, unserviceable equipment or potential safety hazards to their supervisor and observe all safety precautions in the performance of assigned tasks at all times.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Oversee technicians to ensure the work area and hangar is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, enforcing regulations and practices to avoid accidents. Strictly enforce good housekeeping practices at all times with an objective of securing an environment conducive to employee well-being.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Report any incident immediately to Quality Assurance &amp; Safety in accordance with Company policies and procedures.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Scrutinize the proper tagging of Aircraft components, parts and panels appropriately stored (including racks by aircraft).</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Demand and accomplish document procedures and sign-offs in accordance with Repair Station Manual and respective tasks.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; text-indent: -18px;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal;\">Strive for continuous process improvements and increasing&nbsp;inefficiencies&nbsp;in execution and delivery with safety as a priority.</span></li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Maintain close and frequent communication with the Project Manager, notifying him/her of progress and any road-blocks or threats to the project&rsquo;s critical path that could impact re-delivery.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Review daily personnel performance and progress on aircraft to determine if any alteration to the plan and schedule is necessary and to ensure that tasks are completed within budgeted time.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Collaborate with the Director Quality Assurance &amp; Safety and his Training Specialist to establish On-The-Job Training Programs (OJT) for maintenance personnel and coordinate participation in training programs as appropriate. Participate in relevant development training including General Familiarization Certification.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Request regular progress meetings with Project Manager and all relevant department heads and personnel concerning operational requirements and activities, clearly establishing objectives and actions.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Deal with Customers in a cordial, respectful and professional manner, and to see to it that all personnel behave accordingly.</li><li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 18px; line-height: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">Ensure that tools and equipment are correctly used and handled by Technicians for both safety and to reduce breakages, wear and tear.
