  "BriefDescription": "The Lead Job Coach is responsible for the training of both the Job Coaches and Individuals in Linwood’s Employment Program. This includes completing task analyses at all job sites and completing time studies of the individuals at job sites when appropriate.  The Lead Job Coach is responsible for assuring that the employer is satisfied with the individuals assigned to those job site.  The Lead Job Coach is the direct liaison between Linwood and the employer.  The Lead Job Coach is also responsible for community job development.",
