GBS also maintains continuous improvement plans to enhance our customer-oriented service culture.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>About the opportunity we offer:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standardize COA processes, document procedures, and ensure compliance with internal controls</li>\n <li>Develop and implement policies and procedures for the governance of the chart of accounts.</li>\n <li>Ensure the CoA is maintained in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Audit and review COA to ensure data integrity</li>\n <li>Work with the MDM team to improve workflows automation</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support materials</li>\n <li>Regularly review and update the CoA to reflect changes in the business environment and organizational structure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Reporting and Analysis</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Integration with Systems</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with IT and finance systems to ensure seamless integration of the COA into financial and ERP systems&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration and Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure the CoA meets their reporting needs.</li>\n <li>Act as the primary point of contact for CoA-related inquiries and issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead or participate in projects related to CoA changes, system implementations, and process improvements.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training and Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to finance teams, accountants, and business unit leaders on the usage of the standardized COA.</li>\n <li>Develop SOP and guidelines for the proper use of the COA</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Chartered Accountant</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance</li>\n <li>&nbsp;4-8 years of professional experience with process analysis, system implementations and/or change management in Finance domain.</li>\n <li>Practice in process improvement and lean management</li>\n <li>Candidates with work experience of&nbsp;Oracle Cloud will be preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency with standard suite of Microsoft Office applications, Office 365</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills :</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good working knowledge of Accounting ERP</li>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong analytical ability</li>\n <li>Must be flexible and able to work in 24x7 shifts</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with attention to details</li>\n <li>Ability to work in global virtual team, and to lead teamwork to ensure end result</li>\n <li>Mature professional with sound judgement and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your career with us:</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
