Working directly on dynamic job sites, you will collaborate closely with team members to ensure exceptional project outcomes.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform precise </span>site layout<span> </span><span>and manage </span>construction planning<span> to ensure project accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span>Execute and maintain </span>horizontal and vertical survey control<span> using advanced tools such as GPS, levels, and total stations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor and maintain </span>project safety<span> and </span>quality standards<span> at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organize and oversee project documentation, including </span>survey notes, correspondence, submittals, and RFIs.</li>\n<li><span>Deliver weekly </span>as-built reports<span> on all completed work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the site Foreman/Superintendent to ensure project specifications are met.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in </span>formwork and falsework design<span> if qualifications align.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain all issued survey equipment and electronics.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proficiency in </span>reading and interpreting drawings<span> and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong ability in </span>geometrical and mathematical calculations.</li>\n<li><span>Expertise in </span>surveying tools<span> and site layout processes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid knowledge of </span>basic computer systems and software.</li>\n<li><span>Effective written and verbal </span>communication skills.</li>\n<li><span>Reliable transportation and a willingness to </span>travel frequently.</li>\n<li><span>Physical capability to </span>work outdoors in all conditions<span>, climb heights, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular travel to project locations across the U.S. </span></span></p>",
