    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong><u>BENEFITS</u>:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, &amp; Vision packages</li><li>Employer paid basic life policy with competitive buy-up options</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>SUMMARY OF DUTIES</u>:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;Report to service calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional service to the company&rsquo;s customers.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>: &nbsp;Additional duties which are necessary to carry out the function of the Service Technician may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Report to service calls assigned by the dispatchers or department heads;</li><li>Report to locations in ample time to ensure quality service;</li><li>Repair any equipment on location that is in a malfunctioning state to his/her best ability;</li><li>Report any un-repairable equipment to the supervisor on hand prior to leaving the premises of the location being serviced;</li><li>Keeping car stock current and replenishing stock when used;</li><li>Documenting all information needed on provided service slips to insure completion of service calls on the following visit;</li><li>Provide quality service to customers in the form of repairs, cash advances, and payout discrepancies;</li><li>Responsible for customer contact, as necessary, for unresolved problems;</li><li>Responsible for documenting service calls and mileage for reimbursement;</li><li>Recording all information needed on parts turned in for repair accompanied by a service repair form;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES</u>:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;None</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u>: &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing sometimes-repetitive activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;In order to perform the functions of this job the employee must regularly sit, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. &nbsp;The employee must occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and reach with hands and arms.&nbsp; The employees must regularly lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds. &nbsp;Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>WORK ENVIRONMENT</u>:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
