This includes direct patient care, patient and family education, care planning, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting positive patient outcomes through evidence-based nursing practice.</p><p>The RN supports professional nursing practice through accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients.
