This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative Recruiting Team and make an immediate impact by supporting full-cycle hiring across the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings excellent communication and customer service skills, strong phone presence, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will partner closely with Recruiting Team members and Hiring Managers to develop, implement, and execute effective hiring strategies, while demonstrating strong time and project management skills throughout.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour</strong>. Mission Linen's culture offers a professional, safe, and positive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with the recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies</li>\n <li>Support and learn the full-cycle recruiting process</li>\n <li>Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach</li>\n <li>Screen and qualify prospective candidates</li>\n <li>Develop expertise in identifying and attracting top talent</li>\n <li>Engage, screen, and interview potential staff</li>\n <li>Facilitate the interview process and hiring discussions with Hiring Managers</li>\n <li>Drive the offer process, including candidate closing</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Human Resources to onboard new hires</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate recruitment data and records within the applicant tracking system</li>\n <li>Apply strong time management and project management skills to optimize results</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Mission Linen Supply is a family owned, privately held company, and a leading provider of products, services, and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses.
