Location: Northampton, MA (Outpatient Ortho)
Pay: $27.00 - $36.00/hr

Your Day-to-Day: The NEOS Clinical Model We believe that elite orthopedic care requires a focus on quality over volume. At NEOS, you work in a high-energy environment with the dedicated support of licensed PTs and a streamlined clinical flow.
Skilled Hands-On Intervention: Provide hands-on support for therapeutic exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
Specialized Orthopedic Care: Assist in the delivery of post-operative rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and chronic condition management.
Patient Education: Educate patients on home exercise programs (HEP) and activity modifications to support ongoing recovery and long-term wellness.
Clinical Flow & Support: Benefit from a structured environment that handles room turnovers, equipment set-ups, and hot/cold pack preparation so you can remain focused on skilled patient care.
