In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Handle sterile and un-sterile product by using hand pallet trucks and forklift.  Procedures and specifications in order to sterilize and ship the product to the distribution center or customer. </li><li>Place dosimeters on the designated area according to process specifications and document all entries on require documents, such as count verification, device accountability record and tally sheets, etc.</li><li>Realize maintenance and of all process equipment and working area.</li><li>Receive un-sterile and sterile product, palletize, count and generate all require documentation.</li><li>Locate dosimeters according to process specifications.</li><li>Remove and count the product after sterilization and load it in the shipping container</li><li>Give disposition to sub-assy and other products sterilized by GAMMA.</li><li> Preventive maintenance to the irradiator.</li><li>Request stretch wrapping material and place it at the wrapping machine.</li><li>Fill out documentation pertaining to containers to be shipped.</li><li>Manually document (ex: checker chart) and/or electronically (ex: POMs) the required information to comply applicable procedures and specifications. </li><li>Actively report health and safety hazards, environmental aspects, incidents, and EHS management system risks and opportunities.</li><li>Participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma</li><li>Must be able to read and understand diagrams and specifications written in English.</li><li>Experience in Gamma sterilization process is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to use of computer terminals, calculators, hand pallet trucks, forklifts wrapping machine and small tools. </li><li>Driver Licenses and Forklift certification is a must.</li><li>Shift E (Thursday-Friday (8hr shift) 10:00pm -630am</li><li>Saturday and Sunday (12 hrs shift) 6pm-630am</li></ul><p><span style=\\\"font-size:10px\\\"><em>Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></span></p>",
