    "description": "<p>What You'll Do</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop a high-performing laboratory team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.</li>\n<li>Partner with the Medical Director to support quality patient care and laboratory operations.</li>\n<li>Oversee complex blood bank testing, quality control, validations, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Ensure testing accuracy, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality standards.</li>\n<li>Manage training, competency assessments, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Support department budgets, supply purchases, and operational excellence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Schedule</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday–Friday | Day Shift</span><br>Flexible start and end times based on business needs. Minimal on-call responsibilities and no routine holiday coverage.</p>\n<p>Compensation</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$80,000–$100,000 annually</span> (based on experience)</p>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a biological or related field and SBB (ASCP) equivalent required.
