We’re on a mission to become London’s leading youth sports provider, delivering high-quality football sessions that help children grow in confidence, coordination and love for the game.</p>\n<p>Our weekend football programme continues to grow, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Football Coaches to join our team and help deliver exciting sessions in a supportive, energetic environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Weekend Coaching Schedule</span></span></p>\n<p>We offer <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">guaranteed term-time hours</span>, with flexibility built in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Saturday:</span> 09:30–12:30</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sunday:</span> 09:30–12:30</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">do not</span> need to commit to both days; availability for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">either Saturday or Sunday</span> is absolutely fine.</p>\n<p>Most coaches will be based at <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">one main site</span>, helping build consistency and strong relationships with players and parents.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p>This role is perfect for someone at the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">start of their coaching journey</span> or looking to gain experience in grassroots football.</p>\n<p>You’ll thrive in this role if you are:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enthusiastic, reliable and great with children</li>\n<li>Confident working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">children aged 18 months to 12 years</span></li>\n<li>Happy delivering mixed-ability sessions in a fun, engaging way</li>\n<li>Comfortable taking the lead on sessions (with support available)</li>\n<li>Keen to learn, develop and grow as a coach</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Some experience working with children is a big plus</span>, but no formal coaching qualifications are required to apply.
