This role bridges design, manufacturing, quality, and MRB, providing hands‑on shop‑floor support while ensuring EWIS compliance, safety, and airworthiness under production conditions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EWIS Industrialization & Production Readiness</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the industrialization of aircraft wiring systems, including harnesses, connectors, splices, clamps, back shells, and protective hardware</li>\n <li>Ensure wiring designs are producible, installable, and compliant with industry and customer wiring standards</li>\n <li>Support transition from design release to production by identifying installation risks and driving corrective actions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Shop Floor & MRB Support (Wiring‑Focused)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide on‑site engineering support for production and installation issues related to aircraft wiring systems</li>\n <li>Support MRB activities related to:</li>\n <li>Wire insulation damage</li>\n <li>Harness deviations</li>\n <li>Connector, termination, or shielding issues</li>\n <li>Routing, separation, and protection non‑conformances</li>\n <li>Define acceptable rework and repair solutions while maintaining EWIS compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EWIS Compliance & Standards</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with applicable FAA/EASA EWIS requirements and internal wiring procedures</li>\n <li>Support adherence to SAE AS50881 and equivalent wiring installation standards</li>\n <li>Review and validate wiring changes for safety, flammability, and continued airworthiness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interface with:</li>\n <li>Electrical Design Engineering</li>\n <li>Manufacturing Engineering</li>\n <li>Quality and MRB teams</li>\n <li>Production and installation personnel</li>\n <li>Support wiring‑related engineering changes, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Compile and generate progress reports to convey deliverable objectives</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of urgency in supporting production needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field</li>\n <li>5+ years supporting aircraft wiring/EWIS in an aerospace OEM or production environment</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of:</li>\n <li>Aircraft wiring systems and installations</li>\n <li>Harness manufacturing and installation practices</li>\n <li>EWIS regulatory and compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Experience in industrialization, production support, or MRB‑adjacent roles</li>\n <li>Familiarity with wiring diagrams, EWIS drawings, and aircraft installation manuals</li>\n <li>Experience working in an embedded engineering services role is preferred</li>\n <li>Hands‑on exposure to shop‑floor wiring installation and integration is highly desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Expleo Group USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration.
