NICU and Well Baby Nursery Coverage. Call back to hospital if needed for emergencies or high risk deliveries.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Current APRN national specialty certification</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Minimum of a master’s degree </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Active CO License or Ability to Obtain</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 1 Year's NNP NICU Experience</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p><strong>Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
