non-member closing percentage</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Achieve retail sales revenue goals including drinks, bars, etc.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Oversee membership sales initiatives including open houses, special membership events, promotions, closeouts, etc.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Achieve net membership growth through leading effective in-club collection efforts</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Resolve and report all incidents of inappropriate behavior being displayed</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Capture and retain details on all new membership leads</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Responsible for maintaining a clean, professional presentation at all times</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Recruit, hire, train, oversee and motivate staff; highly functioning team</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Schedule and complete weekly training sessions with your team</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Other duties as assigned</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must have a valid New Mexico driver&rsquo;s license (with acceptable driving record) and own means of transportation (registered and insured)</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must have managerial experience in service, health, fitness or related industry</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as CSI, QuickBooks, etc.</p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">o Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must be able to sit for long periods of time</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">o Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read and write</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment through our comprehensive benefits package:</p><p>o<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
