Records UCCs, EFS’s and ensures renewals are kept current.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Input all loan data into the bank’s computer system.</li><li>Input all loan participation data into the bank’s computer system and work with &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;participating banks to ensure they are notified of changes to the loan.</li><li>Responsible for tracking all original notes.</li><li>Assist customers and officers with loan questions and researching pertinent information in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.</li><li>File all UCCs and EFS’s and monitor continuations.</li><li>Review all loan reports and distribute them to the proper area. Use loan reports to properly account for the bank’s loans.</li><li>Backup the DFS participation process from start to finish ensuring new volume is booked accurately &amp; in a timely manner.</li><li>Be a team player in assuring the loan processing area is run smoothly.</li><li>Required to adhere to all compliance policies and procedures.</li><li>Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.</li><li>General teller work&nbsp;</li></ol>",
