    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports To</span><br>General Superintendent</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manages</span><br>Subcontractor crew for installation</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary/Objective</span></p>\n<p><br>The Site Supervisor will provide onsite management, direct installation subcontractors effectively, plan <br>installation sequences, obtain field dimensions, and complete our onsite presence safely. Manage <br>onsite communication acting as the company representative and liaison between client, general <br>contractor, and installers. To oversee safety best practices include daily JHA reporting, routine safety <br>inspections, compliance with site safety programs, and enforcing proper PPE. Ensure project schedule <br>is being maintained and prepare two look-ahead. Understand the project scope and responsibilities of <br>each vendor and subcontractor and demand the highest level of quality control. Adequately protect <br>all existing finishes from damage and be responsible for making sure daily housekeeping is satisfactory.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities/Functions</span><br>1. Planning and executing all installation of products onsite for specific projects.<br>2. Planning safety techniques/requirements, OSHA.<br>3. Completing and submitting any safety forms, onsite required documentation.<br>4. Taking field dimensions or assisting in coordination of field dimensions.<br>5. Enforcing quality standards.<br>6. Daily reporting documentation.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Attributes</span><br>1. Must have strong leadership skills to oversee and manage subcontracted installation crews<br>2. Must have people skills to effectively communicate project progress and details with onsite client<br>project managers and superintendents</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Education/Experience</span><br>1. High School Diploma<br>2. 5 years industry experience minimum</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Certifications/Licenses</span><br>1. OSHA 30 (or obtain within six months of employment) </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position KPIs</span><br>1. ZERO accidents and safety violations<br>2. 100% attendance at site safety meetings<br>3. 100% attendance at daily/weekly GC coordination meetings<br>4. ZERO tickets signed for subcontractors unless authorized by Project Management<br>5. 100% enforcement of quality control program and strive for ZERO Punchlist</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne <br>particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration when on a job site or in the shop, and may be exposed <br>to shop conditions, ongoing construction and various weather conditions The noise level in the work <br>environment can be loud.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands</span><br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to <br>successfully perform the essential functions of this job.<br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. The <br>employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is required to <br>reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, stand, crouch or <br>crawl for prolonged periods. The employee must also lift and move up to 50 pounds. The employee is <br>required to use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects. Use muscles to lift, push, pull, <br>or carry heavy objects.<br>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral <br>vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Protective Equipment</span><br>Utilize PP&amp;E in compliance with OSHA standard and per site specific safety programs.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</span><br>This is a full-time position (40 hours). Workdays are Monday through Friday, work times are dependent <br>on department, projects, and supervisor’s request and approval.
