With a growing portfolio of specialist businesses, Celnor provides essential services that protect people, property and the environment.<br><br></div><div><!--block-->Each business retains its own identity, culture and technical specialism, all are supported by a central group function that invests in people, systems and long-term sustainable growth.<br><br></div><div><!--block--><strong>Job details</strong><br>JTC is seeking a Asbestos Project Monitor/Asbestos Inspector that is certified in Massachusetts (or can become certified) with our Building Sciences Group to provide project monitoring and perform inspections for Asbestos, Lead and Demolition of Building Sciences projects.</div><div><!--block-->This position can be based out of any of our offices in Massachusetts or New Hampshire.<br><br><strong>What you will do</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Serve as on-site Project Monitor for abatement oversight, compliance verification, and air monitoring activities.</li><li><!--block-->Perform moisture intrusion and microbial investigations to identify environmental and health risks.</li><li><!--block-->Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.</li><li><!--block-->Deliver accurate field assessments, technical reporting, and regulatory documentation across multiple environmental disciplines.</li><li><!--block-->Utilize MA Asbestos Project Monitor and/or Asbestos Inspector certifications to support compliant environmental remediation projects.</li><li><!--block-->Perform complex hazardous building materials surveys covering asbestos, lead, PCBs, universal waste, and indoor air quality investigations.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Who you are</strong></div><ul><li><!--block-->Adaptive and flexible professional with the ability to respond effectively to changing schedules and emergency response situations.</li><li><!--block-->Intuitive, solutions-oriented thinker with a consultative approach to client service and problem solving.</li><li><!--block-->Skilled at assessing environmental conditions and understanding the broader purpose and impact of remediation services.</li><li><!--block-->Comfortable utilizing respirators, safety harnesses, and additional PPE in compliance with safety protocols.</li><li><!--block-->Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to support field-based project responsibilities.</li><li><!--block-->Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in asbestos project monitoring and environmental oversight.</li><li><!--block-->Hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li></ul><div><!--block--><strong>Join us</strong><br>You’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
