Overview Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is building a platform the world has never seen, one that seamlessly unites sports, gaming, and commerce. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, to lead Fraud and Responsible Gambling (RG) to drive innovation and excellence across our responsible gaming & fraud work streams. This leader will oversee end-to-end product strategy and execution for all Fraud & RG Platforms. You will ensure our systems are intuitive, compliant, and designed to enhance both customer and operational experiences. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. Responsibilities Product Leadership & Strategy Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Fraud & RG Systems. Drive product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and optimization all while balancing cost, reliability, scalability, and customer experience. Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation. Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Design, Commercial, Fraud and Operations to ensure products are aligned with regulatory and business needs. Fraud & RG Platforms Lead innovation in preventing and identifying risk within Fraud and RG Oversee strategy and product management, optimizing user experience, system performance, and integrations with core platforms. Manage releases, integrations, and enhancements to support business teams across Operations & Compliance Champion the use of data, analytics, and AI to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency. Team & Stakeholder Leadership Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity. Act as a thought leader in Fraud & RG systems across FBG. Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX/UI, Operations, Commercial and senior leadership to align roadmaps and deliver results. Represent product strategy with executives and external partners. Qualifications Required 8–10+ years of experience in product management. Proven success owning end-to-end product lifecycles and driving measurable business outcomes. Skilled in agile/iterative methodologies, product discovery, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at the executive level. Track record of driving change and delivering in complex, matrixed organizations. Preferred Experience in sports betting, online casino, fintech, or highly regulated consumer industries. Recognized thought leadership Why Join Us?
