      "content": "\n<li>AA degree or a minimum of 60 semester units required&nbsp;</li>\n<li>BA degree highly preferred</li>\n<li>At Least two years experience supervising after‐school or enrichment programs in a leadership position required&nbsp;</li>\n<li>At least two years experience working with youth and families required</li>\n<li>&nbsp;At least two years experience in a role that manages schedules, facilities, staff, or program development</li>\n<li>Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate or within 3 months of employment&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Criminal clearance, including fingerprints and TB Test required prior to employment</li>\n<li>Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred</li>\n"
