The Field Supervisor coordinates schedules, manages job assignments, and ensures adherence to safety standards and company policies. The HVAC Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in optimizing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving departmental goals.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>In this role, you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and supervise the installation, addition, or replacement of HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.</li><li>Direct and streamline daily operations, including scheduling, job assignments, and workflow management to optimize team performance and service delivery.</li><li>Oversee and approve the purchase of equipment and repair parts, ensuring that all materials meet company standards and project requirements.</li><li>Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians, providing support, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and maintain high service standards.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, demonstrating deep technical expertise.</li><li>Required EPA Certification for compliance with environmental regulations and standards.</li><li>Must hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</li><li>Exhibits a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional quality.</li><li>Prioritizes outstanding customer service and consistently aims to exceed client expectations.</li><li>Capable of interacting professionally with individuals at all organizational levels, managing diverse situations with skill.</li><li>Demonstrates flexibility and creativity in problem-solving and adapting to changing environments.</li><li>Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Service Titan experience</p><ul><li>NATE Certification</li></ul><p><strong>The physical requirements of this job include:</strong></p><ul><li>Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally&nbsp;</li><li>Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to drive.&nbsp;</li><li>Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.&nbsp;</li><li>Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.&nbsp;</li><li>The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>We offer a rewarding career path with great benefits, flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training, and growth plans.
