This position involves preparing, pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete for a variety of structures such as sidewalks, floors, and foundations. The Concrete Finisher must work efficiently with a team to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety and precision. Attention to detail is essential to achieve the desired texture and finish, preventing future structural issues. Ultimately, the role contributes significantly to the longevity and aesthetic appeal of concrete installations in diverse construction environments.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar manual labor role within construction.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual labor tasks.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Familiarity with excavation, trenching, and underground utility installation.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
