This support includes the set up, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the CAC2S Shellback, Operations Facility (OPFAC) and the Communication Subsystem (CS). These support efforts are provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation of, and while participating in major exercises and contingency operations.\n\n Able to provide highly specialized system interoperability and integration support, including over the shoulder training and troubleshooting of multiple air communication systems to Marines deployed and in garrison\n Experience with operation and technical support of CAC2S, Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), Tactical Data Links Jreap A/B/C, Link 16, Vmf, Tactical Radios, and Sensors\n Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching, TCP/IP, UDP, VLANs, ACLs, STACKWISE, WAN, NAT, VTP, and EIGRP\n Software experience with Windows Server 2008, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, and Red Hat Linux 6.7\n System Administration experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, VMware Virtualization, and DataCore VSAs\n\n General knowledge of a Command Center and the tactical utilization of C4I systems\n\n Education: \n\n Certification listed above accepted in lieu of higher education: And\n Experience equal to degree level\n\n Preferred Skills: \n\n Positive attitude\n Self motivated and focused\n Ability to articulate technical information\n Flexible in various environments\n CCENT, CCNA, or college level education in network administration\n MCSA, MCSE or college level education in system administration\n\n Requirements\n\n T RAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and be physically qualified to support military exercises and contingency operations.\n Experience working with customers, addressing issues, and managing customer concerns and requests over the phone and/or in person.\n Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment.\n Minimum of 3 years’ experience in military training and education.\n Direct participation in real world operations is desired.\n Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills.\n Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling.\n\n Certification Requirements: \n\n CompTIA Security+\n\n Benefits\n\n Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays\n Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance\n 401K with Employer Contribution Matching\n Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business\n Equal Opportunity Employer\n ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company\n www.c4plans.com"
