    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 57, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 36pt; font-weight: bold\">JOIN OUR TEAM</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">BetWarrior is a next-generation digital gaming company with a bold mission: to redefine the way people experience sports betting and casino entertainment across Latin America.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">With a dynamic and diverse team, deep market insights, and cutting-edge technology, we're creating an experience that is personalized, responsible, and always player-first.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Great people, bold ideas, and a sharp focus on user experience set us apart</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">We're now building and scaling our affiliate operation in Brazil — one of our most strategic markets — and we're looking for an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Affiliate Marketing Manager</span> to lead this channel from the ground up.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In this role, you’ll:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and develop the affiliate marketing strategy for Brazil, working closely with internal leadership to build and scale the channel.</li>\n<li>Manage and grow our current affiliate partner network in Brazil, while actively recruiting new high-quality partners.</li>\n<li>Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Brazilian affiliate channel, with a clear focus on FTD growth and ROI.</li>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day management of our affiliate platform (MyAffiliates), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and partner setup.</li>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for key Brazilian affiliates, ensuring strong, consistent communication and long-term partnerships.</li>\n<li>Ensure all affiliate materials — campaigns, bonus offers, and links — are up to date and that affiliate websites represent BetWarrior in a compliant and brand-aligned manner.</li>\n<li>Run affiliate channel performance analysis using different attribution models and optimize accordingly.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align affiliate strategy with broader Brazil acquisition goals.</li>\n<li>Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, including traffic, FTDs, deposits, and ROI by partner.</li>\n<li>Prepare finance reconciliation reports (commissions, invoices, payments) in coordination with the Finance team.</li>\n<li>Monitor traffic quality on an ongoing basis, identifying and addressing incentivized, low-retention, or fraudulent traffic patterns.</li>\n<li>Support the implementation and testing of affiliate tracking setups in collaboration with tech/BI teams.</li>\n<li>Work with the design team to deliver landing pages and creative assets for affiliate partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">iGaming / betting industry</span>, with a proven track record of building and scaling affiliate channels.</li>\n<li>Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">analytical skills</span> and a results-driven mindset, with experience using Power BI and/or Data Studio.</li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">affiliate platforms</span>, ideally MyAffiliates (or similar: NetRefer, Income Access).</li>\n<li>Solid <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">negotiation skills</span> and an established network of affiliate contacts in gaming, betting, or fintech.</li>\n<li>Ownership mentality — proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment.</li>\n<li>Advanced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English</span> proficiency (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">compliance and regulatory requirements in Brazil</span>.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points if You Also Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with planning tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile methodologies.</li>\n<li>Academic background in Digital Marketing or Mobile Marketing.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Modality</span></p>\n<p>This role is based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">São Paulo</span>.
