    "description": "<p>General Investigator Section (GIS) constables are members of a specialized uniform team that conducts detailed risk-based and evidence focused investigations. Secondarily, GIS constables may be deployed to assist at emergencies, crime scenes and demonstrations/protests to bolster the organization’s response to in-progress incidents. GIS constables are proven investigators with a desire to mentor others or developing officers who have demonstrated investigation skills and a proven desire of working toward a position in the Investigative Services Division.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Description:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Primarily a uniform position, but may include some plain clothes work</span></li>\n<li><span>Working rotational 11.43 hour shifts which follow a (4-5-5) shifting model.
