The Implementation Manager will be joining the Implementation team and is based in Overland Park, KS.</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead implementation projects of different sizes and scopes with efficiency and precision.</li><li>Maintain and track client implementation activities and project documentation in Salesforce and project management software.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop implementation plans, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to project status updates to ensure project success.</li><li>Execute implementation plans, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones and deadlines in collaboration with clients.</li><li>Deliver remote or onsite training and end-user support during implementation processes.</li><li>Conduct quality checks to ensure specifications and quality compliance for collateral and equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements thoroughly.</li><li>Promptly and effectively address any issues or discrepancies that may arise.</li><li><strong>Travel up to</strong> <strong>40%.</strong></li><li>Other Duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
