The role is based onsite at our <strong>Adairsville facility near Atlanta, GA</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pick orders using a Warehouse Management System device or Tablet with a scanner</li>\n <li>Place order into appropriate tote on cart, ensuring barcodes on product are facing up</li>\n <li>Place completed picks in tote and place on automated conveyor when completed</li>\n <li>Assign tote to pack table using Warehouse Management System device</li>\n <li>Document and disposition returned products according to guidelines</li>\n <li>Maintain clean work station</li>\n <li>Assist in other areas of the operations to meet customer expectations and company service levels</li>\n <li>Verify, process, match labels, inspect and disposition returned products according to guide to either return to vendor, outlet store sale or primary locations</li>\n <li>Log errors found from retail stores and adjust inventory levels accordingly</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation on returned products and performance objectives</li>\n <li>Assist in distributing sellable units to primary locations</li>\n <li>Complete outlet processes while verifying products are dispositioned appropriately</li>\n <li>Assist in other areas of the operations to meet customer expectations and company service levels</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Equivalent work experience will be considered</li>\n <li>Ability to inspect, clean and re-package returned products</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and following specific procedures for returned items needed</li>\n <li>Process returns using computerized business system and scanning equipment</li>\n <li>High level of professionalism and confidentiality</li>\n <li>Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills</li>\n <li>Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Factors:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.</li>\n <li>Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.</li>\n <li>Moderate warehouse noise level.</li>\n <li>Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.</li>\n <li>Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: folding garments).</li>\n <li>Work in temperatures ranging from 50 – 95 degrees.</li>\n <li>The ability to walk long distances</li>\n <li>The ability to climb flights of stairs throughout the day</li>\n <li>The ability to either stand for long periods of time</li>\n <li>The ability to remain in a stationary position, often sanding for prolonged periods of times</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work area to another</li>\n <li>Adjusting or moving objects over 20 lbs. in all directions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Duluth Headquarters Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our pursuit of a better way isn't just about our products—it's about our people too.
