Job Description Program Manager, Patient Services - DTE Commercial PMSO The Program Manager for DTE (Data, Technology & Engineering) Commercial is a role within the Project Management and Strategic Operations team, reporting directly to the Director, Commercial and CPEAO Portfolio Manager. The Program Manager will oversee the implementation of a new Patient Services system, along with project management responsibilities across the corresponding integration teams and platforms, including Field CRM, Master Data Management, and Analytics/reporting, in support of a key launch brand in a new disease area. This individual will be responsible for hands-on management of all program activities from initiation through launch, driving project outcomes, ensuring accurate status reporting at both working-team and leadership levels, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks across workstreams. The Program Manager will work closely with the implementation partner, software vendors, and DTE and business colleagues to ensure successful project delivery. The Program Manager will also ensure alignment across interdependent workstreams and stakeholders. This role requires relevant PMO experience within the Life Sciences domain, as well as sufficient technical expertise to effectively lead cross-functional teams, challenge assumptions, and build effective delivery plans. This experience is critical to understanding both the business process challenges and the technologies being implemented, enabling the Program Manager to facilitate successful delivery outcomes. In addition, the ideal candidate will have understanding and/or experience managing and deploying Commercial Technology systems and programs, such as Patient Services Programs, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Mosaic, Beacon, Veeva CRM, Master Data Management, and AI-enabled solutions, or similar. The Program Manager will be expected to apply relevant life sciences technology expertise to project scope, business process analysis, best practices, and system adoption. Additional responsibilities beyond those listed below will be agreed upon between the Program Manager and the DTE Portfolio Manager for Commercial. Hybrid - in office 3 days a week. Contract that goes through end of the year, high liklihood to extend into Q2 2027. Primary Responsibilities Create and maintain key project deliverables, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and stage gates, and drive the project through completion and launch. Manage, monitor, and report on project execution, including: The project schedule, including tasks, owners, start/end dates, dependencies, and cross-functional activities Proactive identification of resource constraints, risks, and escalation needs Management of the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), ensuring decisions are documented, actions are completed on time, and risks/issues are assessed, managed, and communicated appropriately Anticipate and effectively facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and coordination needs across cross-functional teams. Facilitate JIRA management in partnership with the implementation team, using agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches. Deliver a weekly project status report to stakeholders in the agreed format, and communicate project status effectively across team members, business partners, and leadership with the appropriate level of detail and messaging.
