S/he should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. We expect applicants to have a solid knowledge of automotive service and maintenance.</strong></p><p><strong><br>Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Remove broken or damaged glass from motor vehicles.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Replace all moldings, clips, windshield wipers, and other parts that were removed prior to glass replacement or repair.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Replace windshields, door windows, vent windows, door mirrors.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Locate product in warehouse needed for installation and examine them for defects prior to installation.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diagnosis &amp; repair glass related jobs.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle all glass products and tools in an expert and safe manner.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively communicate with manager and employees to ensure good customer experience.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 years of related experience<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have own tools<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reliable transportation&nbsp;<br><br>Education:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)</strong></p><p><strong><br>Job Type:<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Full time</strong></p><p><strong><br>Benefits:</strong></p><p><strong><br>Brandywine offers a comprehensive benefits package:<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Medical, dental and vision coverage<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Life insurance, short term disability and 401(k)<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Holidays and Paid leave policies</strong></p><p><strong><br>About Brandywine Auto Parts:</strong></p><p><strong><br>The Meinhardt Family has owned and operated Brandywine Automotive Centers since 1927!
