This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Site Preparation and Cleanup</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities.</li>\n<li>Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete.</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Trade Support</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed.</li>\n<li>Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades.</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project needs.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Tools and Equipment Operation</em></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision.</li>\n<li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.</li>\n<li>Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Qualifications</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of general construction safety procedures.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.</li>\n<li>1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">RNGD is an equal employment opportunity employer.</span></p>",
