We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24-hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. If you like working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are passionate about helping the neurological and medically complex patient, apply today to explore a new career opportunity with us!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us: (benefits for full-time at 32+ hours/week)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Start Strong</strong>: Our mentorship and orientation programs ensure a successful transition</li>\n <li><strong>Recharge & Refresh:</strong> Generous PTO to maintain a healthy work-life balance</li>\n <li><strong>Your Health Matters: </strong>Comprehensive medical/RX, health, vision, and dental plan offerings</li>\n <li><strong>Invest in Your Future: </strong>Company-matching 401(k) retirement plans as well as life and disability protection</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Rehab Aide performs patient-related tasks assigned by therapist, including but not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lifts patients to/from mats, treatment and tilt tables, wheelchairs, and other equipment appropriate to the facility/department.</li>\n <li>Assists patients with transfer activities to all surfaces.</li>\n <li>Assists patients in donning/doffing all appliances specific to the facility/department.</li>\n <li>Positions patients in parallel bars and prepares patients for standing with appropriate orthotic/prosthetic devices and equipment.</li>\n <li>Transports patients to/from therapy as needed.</li>\n <li>Assists therapist with other patient-related treatment activities as appropriate and provides equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist with patient-related activities, including equipment set-up and patient positioning in preparation for therapy session as outlined in the State Practice Act.</li>\n <li>Maintains the department and department equipment in a clean and orderly condition.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Current State Driver’s License in good standing required</li>\n <li>Class E license allowing for the operation of the shuttle bus prior to start date.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>CPR certification</li>\n   <li>First aid certification</li>\n   <li>Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
