Built on mentorship, accountability, and continuity of care, this model allows students to develop strong clinical skills while also learning the operational systems that support sustainable midwifery practice. Our structured <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">on-site 48-hour shift schedule</span> creates deep continuity in learning while also making midwifery training more accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds, life stages, and responsibilities.
