In this role, you will provide key legal support across our global operations, assist with compliance, manage risks, and contribute to the company&rsquo;s growth initiatives. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business operations and collaborate with teams across the organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide global legal support for Alliance Industries, including both US and European operations.</li><li>Manage litigation, claims, and dispute resolution related to commercial relationships, employment matters, and contract disputes.</li><li>Offer legal advice for commercial and residential leasing, real estate acquisitions, and property development.</li><li>Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial transactions and contracts, focusing on business operations and growth initiatives.</li><li>Assist with M&amp;A and joint venture transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating related documents and agreements.</li><li>Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and contract templates, while offering training for these materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements for domestic and international legal entities.</li><li>Lead contract lifecycle management and collaborate closely with business and functional teams to drive profitability and growth.</li><li>Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Manage outside counsel to ensure quality and value in legal services.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:</strong></p><ul><li>JD from an accredited law school and qualification to practice law in Ohio, or eligibility for admission.</li><li>2-4 years of experience, with a preference for corporate in-house experience.</li><li>Expertise in real estate leasing, property development, litigation, and contract management.</li><li>Ability to develop strategic partnerships with leaders at all levels.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to the highest ethical standards.</li><li>Ability to resolve complex legal issues in a business-friendly and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with timely execution.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence across all levels of the business.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical legal solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>At Alliance Industries, we foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can thrive.
