Drivers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading water while following all company policies, DOT regulations, and Poland Spring operational requirements.</p><p>This position supports Treeline’s expanding water hauling operations and plays an important role in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable deliveries between facilities.</p><p><strong>Shift Schedule</strong></p><p>Shift start time is <strong>4:00 PM </strong><br>The standard work schedule runs <strong>Thursday night through Monday night</strong>, with <strong>Tuesdays and Wednesdays off</strong>.</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>Hourly pay starts at <strong>$25.00 per hour</strong>, with <strong>$28.00 per hour paid for weekend shifts</strong>.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Drivers in this role are expected to operate equipment safely and represent Treeline professionally while working with plant personnel and other drivers.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Safely operate a tractor-trailer tanker unit with a gross vehicle weight of up to 100,000 pounds</li><li>Load and unload bulk water at Poland Spring facilities</li><li>Follow all Poland Spring procedures for water handling and quality verification</li><li>Wear required personal protective equipment including hard hats, eye protection, gloves, hearing protection, hair nets, beard nets, and steel-toe boots</li><li>Place wheel chocks when parked during loading or unloading</li><li>Never walk underneath a tanker or step over fill hoses</li><li>Complete all required documentation related to loading, unloading, and water testing</li><li>Enter required information into plant systems when required</li><li>Maintain accurate electronic driver logs and comply with DOT Hours of Service regulations</li><li>Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li><li>Report mechanical issues or defects promptly and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Maintain trucks and trailers in clean and safe operating condition</li><li>Follow company driving policies including the 65-mph company speed limit</li><li>Operate vehicles safely and respectfully in the communities where Treeline operates</li><li>Maintain professional communication with plant personnel, dispatch, and other drivers</li><li>Coordinate schedules and assignments with the Manager of Water Hauling</li><li>Follow all motor vehicle laws including seat belt use and distracted driving laws</li><li>Ensure paperwork and documentation are accurate and submitted on time</li></ul><p>At the end of each shift, drivers are expected to remove personal belongings from the truck cab, wipe down commonly used surfaces, and leave the truck clean for the next driver.</p><p><br></p>",
