We’re looking for self-starters who can turn unclear problems into practical solutions, thriving in a team of top talent.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or similar (e.g. Mechatronics, Computer, Mechanical, Robotics Engineering, Physics).</span></li>\n<li><span>Five or more years of related work experience in industries such as material handling, process automation, piece part automation or semiconductor.</span></li>\n<li><span>Significant experience successfully designing and bringing automation systems into production. </span></li>\n<li><span>Willing to dive into entire life cycle of electrical design from ideation all the way through to production support and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Desired expertise with:</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span>Developing and maintaining electrical interconnect and cable designs in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.</span></li>\n<li>PCB design, development, and deployment. Preferred experience with Altium.</li>\n<li>Equipment such as conveyor systems, robot arms, photo-eyes, proximity sensors, VFD drives, barcode scanners, safety controllers.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical system and component design - DC, analog, single phase and three phase circuit design. Industrial electrical panel work involving 220-480v hardware &amp; standards.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Various motor architectures in the power range of 50W-3kW.</span></li>\n<li><span>Functional safety devices and relationship to Safety Performance Level.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on troubleshooting of </span>electrical systems, sensors, mechanical systems, and controls logic.</li>\n<li>Designing to UL / CE standards compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Additional detailed experience in:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Root cause analysis and managing rollout of updates, including service bulletins.</span></li>\n<li><span>Selection and control of BLDC, servo, stepper and induction motors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Selecting, specifying and integrating sensing solutions including retroreflective, inductive proximity, Reed switches, and load cells.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>SolidWorks or comparable 3D CAD tool.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Travel Expectation: 10%</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">6510-2601PG</span></p>",
