As a Warehouse Manager / Delivery Leadership Associate, you will report to and be a strong partner to our Delivery Market Manager. You will bring your passion as a leader of people to lead, inspire, and develop a team of 17 full‑service delivery professionals responsible for the prep and delivery of high‑quality, American‑made home furnishings to residential and business customers throughout the greater Boston area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our delivery center is a 30,000 sq. ft. facility comprised of a team of 17 total delivery team staff members serving local and national customers with an average outgoing daily volume of 1,800 to 2,200 cubes representing an average of 33 to 44 deliveries per day. The delivery center also partners closely with our Boston retail showroom and supports several initiatives in collaboration with the Retail Leadership Team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role requires a leader who thrives in complexity, adapts quickly, and brings clarity and confidence to the team.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Tuesday - Saturday, 6:30am-3:00pm, with additional hours and/or flexibility as needed to fulfill obligations of the role.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> 1 Enterprise Rd, #100, Billerica, MA 01821</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will contribute your talents as a Warehouse Manager / Delivery Leadership Associate in the following ways:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Your team is career‑oriented and engaged in their work.
