We&#39;re looking for a <strong>Data Analyst</strong> who thrives on transforming complex datasets into clear insights that guide business strategy and operational excellence.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">If you enjoy solving complex problems, building impactful dashboards, and working with teams to uncover meaningful trends, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact at one of the region&rsquo;s most respected credit unions.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Location/Schedule:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hybrid schedule with up to 3 days/week at our corporate office in Fort Worth, TX</li><li>Local Fort Worth, TX and DFW Metroplex candidates only!</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with department leaders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and analytics solutions that improve performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate business questions into data models, analytical frameworks, and clear reporting strategies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data across multiple systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create visualizations and reporting tools that allow business leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data dictionary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure reporting accuracy by validating data sources, identifying anomalies, and collaborating with IT and data engineering teams to resolve issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help establish best practices for data governance, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks across the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with business units to interpret data and provide clear explanations of insights and trends.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in agile team ceremonies, solution design discussions, and technical planning sessions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide guidance to colleagues on interpreting dashboards and analytics tools.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience translating complex business requirements into actionable data models and reports, validating data integrity, and maintaining comprehensive data dictionaries.<span style='font-family:  \"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:14px;'>&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong experience writing advanced SQL queries and working with relational databases.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience building dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, advanced formulas).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Master&rsquo;s degree or advanced data analytics certifications preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience analyzing data within Financial Institutions or the banking sector.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience within financial services or credit unions.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA.
