    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Practice Supervisor - Pain Clinic</p><p><strong><u>Job Summary&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The Practice Supervisor of the Pain Clinic supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.</p><p><strong><u>COMPANY DESCRIPTION</u></strong></p><p>Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><p>To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.</li><li>Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
