With an unrivaled toolbox of technologies, PURIS has the RIGHT solution for each project.</p><p><u>Job Summary:</u></p><p>The Mechanic will complete all repairs, preventative maintenance, programmed repairs and facility repairs to be in compliance with equipment/ facility reliability and standards. Maintenance mechanic will report any foreseeable problems to the Shop Manager.</p><p><u>Essential Job Accountabilities:</u></p><ul><li>General mechanical knowledge including pumps, hydraulics and electrical</li><li>Basic welding knowledge and experience</li><li>Good assembly skills</li><li>Experience with preventative maintenance programs</li><li>Basic intermediate computer skills</li><li>Experience with work order execution</li><li>Has own basic tools</li><li>Experience with safety training</li><li>Facility repair experience.</li><li>Keep up with training and process needs, requirements.</li><li>Problem solve and root case diagnosis</li><li>Communicates well and works in clean orderly manner</li><li>Diagnose and manage employees projects</li><li>Schedule repairs and maintenance of equipment</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><li>Work afternoon shift and overtime when available.</li></ul><p><u>Education:</u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Trade education in industrial mechanics (preferred)</li></ul><p><u>Additional Requirements/Skills:</u></p><ul><li>Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial mechanical repairs.</li><li>Heavy truck repair experience. Must have Preventative Maintenance system experience.</li><li>Possess own basic hand tools.
