The AI Workflow Engineer is a multiplier: one person who can meaningfully elevate the capacity and capability of an entire team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As FGF Brands accelerates its Digital and AI Transformation, the AI Workflow Engineer plays a critical role at the intersection of technology and day-to-day operations. Embedded directly within a team and reporting directly to the Digital & AI Transformation Lead, with a dotted-line relationship to the Functional Head of the team they support, this individual serves as the team’s dedicated AI practitioner, identifying opportunities to automate, augment, and redesign workflows using AI tools and intelligent systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not a traditional IT role. Unleashing Your Potential </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc.<strong>Primary ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Discovery & Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Map existing departmental processes to identify automation opportunities, bottlenecks, and high-effort manual tasks</li>\n <li>Design and prototype AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction and improve output quality</li>\n <li>Partner with process owners to document current-state and future-state workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>AI Tool Implementation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy and configure AI tools (e.g., generative AI, intelligent automation, ML-assisted decision tools) within the department's operational context</li>\n <li>Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, BDC, Databricks, productivity suites)</li>\n <li>Customize prompts, workflows, and tool configurations to meet departmental needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Enablement & Adoption</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Train department team members on new AI-powered tools and workflows</li>\n <li>Serve as the go-to resource for AI questions, use case ideation, and troubleshooting within the team they support</li>\n <li>Champion responsible AI use, including data privacy, accuracy checks, and appropriate human oversight</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with the central Digital & AI Transformation team to align on standards, tools, and governance frameworks</li>\n <li>Share learnings, reusable workflow components, and best practices across the network of embedded AI Engineers</li>\n <li>Escalate complex technical or ethical issues to the appropriate central team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor AI workflow performance and iterate based on team feedback and outcome data</li>\n <li>Stay current on emerging AI tools and methodologies relevant to the team's function</li>\n <li>Proactively identify the next wave of automation opportunities as the department matures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required Experience</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, process improvement, or technology implementation role</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience working with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, automation tools, workflow builders such as Power Automate, Zapier, or similar)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of business processes and comfort working within a functional business team (not just IT)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences</li>\n <li>Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in how AI can solve real operational problems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Nice to have </u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with enterprise platforms relevant to the assigned department (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP,)</li>\n <li>Experience working with operational data or process-heavy environments (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance operations) </li>\n <li>Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-based tools, or AI governance concepts</li>\n <li>Background in change management or user adoption</li>\n <li>Prior experience in manufacturing, CPG, or food industry environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?<u></u></strong><u></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
