Instead, you&rsquo;ll own the connective tissue between design and code: design tokens, component libraries, documentation, and accessibility standards that drive our design system forward.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Work closely with designers to translate design language into code via reusable components, tokens, and patterns.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure the correct usage of design system components across codebase.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with frontend developers to ensure frontend code adheres to the design system and is responsive to different device sizes.</li>\r\n\t<li>Implement and maintain a design system on Storybook that needs to be configurable for all of GetInsured&rsquo;s products.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide tooling and documentation that empower UI developers to use the design system (UI library) effectively.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 / Section 508) is built into every component by default.</li>\r\n\t<li>Establish and maintain design-to-code workflows (Figma &rarr; components, prototyping pipelines, automated documentation).</li>\r\n\t<li>Contribute to performance, maintainability, and consistency of front-end code across teams.</li>\r\n\t<li>Advocate for UX best practices in code reviews, design reviews, and cross-functional discussions.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Competitive compensation - All In range of ($110,000-$160,000).
