The role requires strong subfloor preparation, layout accuracy, material fitment, and consistent adherence to manufacturer guidelines and professional communication. Installers also mentor Junior Flooring Installers and support the Lead Installer with workflow coordination, quality control, and jobsite efficiency.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Independently installs carpet (stretch‑in or glue‑down), sheet vinyl, and LVP, meeting quality, safety, and schedule requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Removes existing carpet, sheet vinyl, and LVP; prepares substrates for new installation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs subfloor inspection, cleaning, patching/skim‑coating, minor leveling, and moisture testing as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurately measures, layouts, cuts, and fits flooring materials;
