    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming operational and financial data into accurate, reliable, and actionable insights to support executive decision-making and organizational performance. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, validating and governing data, developing standardized KPIs, and producing recurring executive reporting. The Data Analyst partners closely with business leaders, finance, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the organization.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions</li><li>Completes data collection and analysis and reporting processes related to compliance, certification, quality assurance, and other agency objectives as assigned</li><li>Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.</li><li>Develop, document, and maintain KPI definitions, calculations, and reporting logic in alignment with established organizational reporting standards.</li><li>Produce recurring executive and leadership reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and develop reports to track trends across the agency as well as trends at individual groups</li><li>Validate data accuracy across multiple source systems and troubleshoot discrepancies.</li><li>Design and maintain repeatable reporting pipelines and automate recurring reports.</li><li>Analyze operational and financial data including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.</li><li>Support data quality initiatives and identify process improvements related to data collection and usage.</li><li>Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, data sources, and reporting logic.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements.</li><li>Support established data governance, reporting standardization, and continuous data quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist leadership and cross-functional teams with special analytical projects as needed.</li><li>Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements in accordance with CARF standards&nbsp;</li><li>Assists Management Team in agency initiatives</li><li>Attends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars to learn agency policies, rules, regulations, and procedures; participates in ongoing in-service training as well as pertinent external training.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Master&rsquo;s in Business or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business (or related field) with 5+ years of experience equivalent preferred</li><li>Strong financial background required, including experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or similar functions</li><li>Experience writing SQL queries required</li><li>Experience with Sisense dashboard development preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Power BI (preferred) and data visualization best practices</li><li>Experience working with Python (preferred) for data transformation, automation, or analytics</li><li>Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred</li><li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li><li>Superior presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.</li><li>Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU!</strong></p><ul><li>We pay a generous portion of your Health Insurance</li><li>Low-cost Dental and Vision Insurance</li><li>Retirement Plan with employer contributions equal to 5% of annual salary</li><li>Student Loan Repayment&nbsp;options</li><li>No cost Employee Assistance Plan</li><li>3 Weeks Paid Time-Off (increases annually between years 2-10)</li><li>9 Paid Holidays</li><li>1 Floating Holiday to use at your discretion.</li><li>4 Rest and Relaxation days</li><li>3 days of Education Leave</li><li>4 hours of Volunteer Leave</li><li>Eligible for Pay Increases and Bonuses annually</li><li>Employer Paid Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance</li><li>Hybrid work options at some locations</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities</strong></p><p>Red Rock Behavioral Health Services does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, marital/familial status, sexual orientation, or disability.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
