Our Retail Parts Specialists get to work with an amazing team and by working for Lexus, they are surrounded by only the best.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Retail Parts Specialist has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $26.00 - $36.00. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*This position is 100% on site at Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Perks of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday.</li>\n <li>Vacation (accruals earned on Full Time or Part Time status)</li>\n <li>Vision, dental, and medical care benefits available to any team <strong>full time</strong> team member</li>\n <li>Team member referral bonus program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n <li>Discounts with Corporate Partners like GE, Dell, Oakley, Yeti, Ray Ban, and many more….</li>\n <li>Development and growth opportunities</li>\n <li>401k with a generous Company match</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist technicians/ASM in determining replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, guests’ requests, or guest descriptions of malfunctions.</li>\n <li>Accurately prices parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfers the information to the proper document and computer system.</li>\n <li>Answers phone calls, internet requests, email inquiries, and provides part and price information as requested.</li>\n <li>Requests special order parts solicited by guest/technician/ASM/Estimator and notifies when they have arrived.</li>\n <li>Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits an emergency order, if necessary.</li>\n <li>Assist retail guests with parts requests, as needed.</li>\n <li>Achieves monthly sales and forecasted goals.</li>\n <li>Maintains records of all repair orders, invoice, insurance estimates, and special order parts.</li>\n <li>Keeps counter areas clean and uncluttered.</li>\n <li>Assist in all other areas of the parts department, as needed.</li>\n <li>Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management.</li>\n <li>Maintains high ethical standards in all actions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>At least one (1) year of automotive parts experience, preferably in an automotive dealership. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of automotive parts; and mathematical principles (adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages) and application. </li>\n <li>Ability to pay attention to detail; follow-up with internal and external guests; read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; read and comprehends instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, Internet and in person; and use standard office equipment. </li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
