    "description_html": "<p>This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our facilities (dealerships and more), including the showrooms, service areas, Guest lounges, offices, and restrooms. This role helps ensure an exceptional first impression for Guests and a safe workspace for our Team Members.</p><p><br></p><p>This position will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><p>Keeping facilities and property in clean and orderly condition.</p><p>Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.</p><p>Sweep, mop, and vacuum showroom floors, hallways, and office spaces.</p><p>Shampoo or steam-clean carpets and rugs as needed.</p><p>Keep all restrooms, Guest waiting, breakrooms, vending area dispensers, and supplies stocked.</p><p>Dust and wipe down surfaces, counters, desks, and glass doors.</p><p>Polish furniture and fixtures as needed.</p><p>Maintain cleanliness of Guest waiting areas, coffee/vending stations, and retail spaces.</p><p>Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from offices and service areas.</p><p>Clean spills safely and promptly; ensure floors are free of debris and hazards.</p><p>Restock hand towel dispensers, shop towels, soap, and supplies as needed.</p><p>Maintain cleanliness of entryways, sidewalks, and pedestrian areas.</p><p>Monitor exterior trash receptacles and empty as required.</p><p>Assist with light groundskeeping tasks (removing litter, clearing debris, etc.).</p><p>Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.</p><p>Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.</p><p>Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders when needed.</p><p>Support special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, showroom prep, or event setup.</p><p>Working with our Team Members in a positive and productive manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums, etc.).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a Team.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.</li><li>Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.</li></ul><p>The scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, and the work hours are either 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.</p><p><br></p><p>The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00-17.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.</p><p><br></p><p>We offer YOU:</p><ul><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement within our Company!</li><li>Leader in our industry for overall Employment Package!</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Plan</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Cafeteria Plan</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Employer sponsored 401(k) &amp; potential Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Designated Paid Holidays</li></ul><p>The Health, Wellness, and Safety of our Team Members is a Top Priority for our Company!</p><p>Mills - A Trusted Tradition Since 1922!</p>",
