This position has a term length of 4 months.
Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus Edmonton.
The Penconek Research Group is recruiting for a Research Assistant to assist the Primary Investigator (PI) for approximately 4 months.
This role involves conducting basic literature reviews, assisting with participant recruitment, collecting and organizing research data, and supporting preliminary data analysis. The successful candidate will follow established research protocols and procedures, maintain accurate records and data, and contribute tot the overall success of research projects through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration.

Complete basic literature reviews, following established guidelines and processes Development of participant recruitment materials, with input from and under the guidance of the PI Data collection, which may include participant interactions Basic data analysis, with guidance from the PI
Qualifications
High school diploma 0-1 years of research experience Ability to work in a team Familiarity with basic computing software (internet search, Microsoft Office, Google suite)
