font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><u>The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:&nbsp;</u></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Completes an initial Nutritional Assessment and develops and educates a Nutrition Care plan for each patient.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Formulates, interprets and implements policies regarding patient and clinic nutritional processes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provides expert advice to patients, management and physicians regarding nutritional issues.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ongoing nutritional monitoring with the review of monthly lab results and subsequent nutritional changes followed by recommendations to the patient and/or primary caregiver, to improve patient outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Participation as a member of the multi-specialty team in both long-term and short-term care planning for patients.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Develop various education tools including food diaries, bulletin boards, seasonal posters to enhance patient and staff education.</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Registered Dietitian credential required.</li><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of one year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Registered Dietitians with less than one year experience in clinical nutrition may be eligible for hire with supervision&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
