The position reports to the Director of Laboratory.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>JOB QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></span></p><ol><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Minimum level of Education</strong>: Education level equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with concentration in medical technology or related field preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Formal Training</strong>: Clinical competence in medical technology preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Licensure, Certifications &amp; Registration</strong>: Medical Technology Certification required by AMT, ASCP, HHS, NCA, or ISCLT. &nbsp;Annual recertification preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Work Experience</strong>: &nbsp;Advanced clinical laboratory testing skills in blood banking, chemistry, bacteriology, hematology, and serology. &nbsp;Minimum of one (1) year experience in laboratory science. &nbsp;Basic computer skills necessary.</li></ol></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
