They will coordinate remodels, relocations and the new store development process from the start of construction through completion of the project. They are responsible for successfully coordinating all work that needs to be completed in order for the store to open successfully.</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Essential Job Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Works closely with the assigned Construction Manager to ensure the overall project is on schedule and completed per scope of work.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"background-color:#FFFFFF;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#222222;\">Conduct physical repairs and maintenance on national projects: removing store graphics, patching walls and painting. </span></span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate all vendors to accurately complete their jobs.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Track daily process, identify and resolve issues throughout the project.  Communicate any issues to the Construction Manager right away.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Must remain on site for the duration of the project, verify construction quality standards are met, and to ensure a timely opening.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Must be professional at all times when traveling for Windsor.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Follow all Company policies and procedures.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\">Other duties may be assigned.</span></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\">Key Qualifications &amp;
