Each store or event is designed with a tech-infused retail approach and our omni-channel operation enabling us to react in near real-time to capture all of the great moments in sports to ensure that product is available to fans in the heat of the moment.</p>\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Retail Lead (part-time) plays a critical role in the store and/or venue assisting the Leadership team with creating the ultimate game day and fan experience by leading the front-line Retail Associate team. The Retail Lead will drive results through coaching Retail Associates to carry out operational excellence expectations. &nbsp;The Retail Lead will be expected to work a part-time schedule which will includes days, nights, weekends, extended hours on game days and during events.</p>\n<p><strong>General Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations</li>\n <li>Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization</li>\n <li>Knowledge of retail operation systems including but not limited to OpSuite5.0 (online inventory manager), POS (point of sales) and CAYAN (credit card machines)</li>\n <li>Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including but not limited to; revenue targets, per cap and UPT (unit per time)</li>\n <li>Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience</li>\n <li>Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to Retail Associates</li>\n <li>Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required</li>\n <li>Coach Retail Associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of operational excellence to ensure an exemplary fan experience</li>\n <li>Understands Fanatics Values and how they relate to their role</li>\n <li>Perform ‘Manager on Duty responsibilities’ as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience and Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Minimum one year working in retail or sales preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Foreign language skills are a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess a fun, outgoing, confident, professional demeanor</li>\n <li>Prior leadership experience preferred&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and coach teams</li>\n <li>In partnership with leadership team act decisively to solve problems</li>\n <li>Ability to represent Fanatics/League/Team Values and standards</li>\n <li>Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects while remaining calm under pressure</li>\n <li>Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.</li>\n <li>Game Day/Event scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements (rainy, windy, cold, high temperatures, etc.) if assigned location is outside of the shop</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The wage rate for this position is starting at $16.35/Hour, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
