    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job (Assignment) Title: Engineering Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Function/Department: Switchgear skids</strong></p><p> </p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><strong>             <u>POSITION SUMMARY</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:36pt\">The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and supervising a multidisciplinary engineering team that delivers the design and execution of switchgear skid projects, primarily for customers within the data center sector. This role oversees the development of complete, high-quality system designs while coordinating multiple engineering disciplines to meet project schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.
